We’re pleased to share the successful completion of the next stage in a Clean-in-Place (CIP) system for a leading sauces and condiments manufacturer, marking another step towards cleaner, safer, and more efficient food production.
Fully manufactured and tested in our Somerset workshops, this modern CIP system is now ready to head to site, where it will replace an existing unit within the customer’s production facility. The new system has been engineered to reduce operational expenditure while enhancing hygiene and process safety through efficient water use, recirculation, and precise, repeatable cleaning cycles.

Designed for Process Efficiency and Hygiene
Key features of the system include:
- Independent tank and channel heaters: These allow simultaneous live cleans across multiple circuits without delays while maintaining precise circuit temperature control.
- Recirculation pots on each CIP channel: Enable chemical recovery and cleaning flexibility, reducing waste while maintaining cleaning effectiveness.
- Inline filters with automated safety interlocks: Ensure safe, operator-friendly filter changes and enhance safety throughout the cleaning process.
These features support the customer’s goals of consistent, efficient cleaning while minimising resource usage and operational downtime.
Pre-Assembled and Tested for Seamless Integration
As part of our delivery approach, the CIP system was fully pre-assembled and tested in our workshops, including comprehensive quality and safety checks in a controlled environment. This approach:

- Reduces onsite installation time
- Minimises disruption to production
- Supports a safer, cleaner installation
- Ensures a fully functional system ready to integrate seamlessly into the customer’s facility
Following a successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with the customer, the system will now be disassembled for shipping to site for installation and commissioning.
