As we approach the end of another busy and rewarding year, we’re pleased to share some of our key achievements, developments, and milestones. From expanding our leadership team to strengthening industry partnerships and delivering major projects, 2025 has been a year of progress powered by the dedication of our people and the trust of our customers.

Welcoming Joe Matthews to the Board of Directors

A significant milestone this year within Team Sycamore was the appointment of Joe Matthews, who joined our Board of Directors as Technical Director. Joe’s wealth of experience, technical expertise, and long-standing commitment to Sycamore, makes him a valuable addition to our leadership team. His guidance will play an important role in shaping the future direction of our technical services and solutions.

Expanding Our Knowledge and Team

We were delighted to welcome several new starters throughout the year, all bringing a combination of valuable skills and fresh energy to our organisation. Their contributions have already strengthened our capabilities across the business, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth within the team.
Our teams have been busy building skills and strengthening expertise, from internal training to technical courses with our partners and 11 team members on apprenticeships, we’re investing in people and shaping the future together.

Projects Won and Delivered

Our team has been exceptionally busy throughout the year, delivering a wide range of projects from end-to-end process solutions to standalone process modules and system upgrades across the Dairy, Food and Beverage industries. These projects are underpinned by efficient designs and high-quality manufacture, ensuring reliability, compliance and long-term performance.
Alongside this, a record number of parts packages and service projects have been successfully delivered by our Parts and Service Team across multiple sites, ensuring our customers’ systems continue to operate safely, efficiently and as required.

“This has been our strongest year yet, delivering our largest projects while continuing to invest in what matters most which is our people. By developing our teams and growing our capabilities, we’ve strengthened the way we work with our partners and the solutions we deliver. We finish the year with momentum, confidence, and more exciting news to come.” Jerry Redman, Sycamore Process Engineering, Managing Director.

Industry Engagement: Trade Shows and Events

Our presence across key industry events has continued to expand, with the team attending a number of trade shows and technical days throughout the year. These included The PPMA Total Show 2025, various Society of Dairy Technology events, and new membership with the BFBi—an important step in strengthening our engagement within the beverage and brewery community.

This active involvement ensures we stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and best practices within the Dairy, Food, and Beverage industries. By engaging with industry peers, technology partners, and end users, we are better equipped to apply proven innovations, make informed design decisions, and adopt up-to-date manufacturing approaches—ultimately delivering more efficient, compliant, and future-ready process solutions for our customers.

Strengthening Partnerships

Collaboration has remained a cornerstone of our success, with significant partnership activity throughout the year, including joint events, presentations and delivering combined training. We have secured new projects in collaboration with our partners while working closely to provide customers with comprehensive turnkey systems. Together, we have carried out multiple visits to support ongoing work and explore new opportunities for innovative project delivery. These partnerships enable us to deliver high-quality, future-focused solutions for our customers.

As always, none of this year’s achievements would have been possible without the continued trust of our customers and the hard work, expertise, and dedication of our team. We are grateful for your support and collaboration throughout 2025.

We wish all our customers, partners, and colleagues a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
We look forward to building on this year’s success and continuing to provide Engineering Peace of Mind in 2026.
