Tim joined Sycamore shortly after it was formed in 1988 and is the Company’s longest serving member. A professional mechanical engineer with chartered status, Tim has excellent process knowledge backed up by many years of experience in the Dairy, Food and Beverage sectors and works with our customers on a daily basis with the design of our process solutions. In 2021, Tim moved into the role of Company Chairman and acts as a mentor for the board of directors, focusing on the long term prosperity of the Company.
