The International Cheese & Dairy Awards were held for the first time at Bingley Hall, Staffordshire on the 21st of October and we were excited to be a key sponsor and exhibit besides our partners Au2mate. This was the first time the event was held at Bingley Hall after moving from its former venue in Nantwich. The show prides itself on being the largest and best cheese and dairy show in the world. The awards attract entrants from across the world with approximately 200 judges who decide who will be named Supreme Champion for the best cheese overall in show.
The team from Sycamore exhibited alongside Au2mate, our automation partners who together we have delivered several successful end-to-end process solutions in the Dairy, Food, and Beverage industries. The show provided an opportunity to speak face to face with experts within the cheese industry and catch up with customers on how their business is and whether we can assist with their cheese manufacturing facilities.
