Project Support Package

Sycamore Process Engineering has a total commitment in delivering engineering peace of mind to our customers. To ensure that we achieve this ambition we have developed our 'Project Support Package' (PSP). This package is supplied when delivering all projects including CIP systems, Pasteurisation, Cheese Equipment, and wider End-to-End Process Solutions.

What is a PSP?End-to-end process solution

A PSP is comprised of four sections:

  • Optimisation
  • Recommended Spare Parts
  • Maintenance & Service Plan
  • Health Check & Troubleshoot

These sections combine forming the PSP.

Optimisation enables the plant to operate at its maximum efficiency. The optimisation is carried out by our team of process designers ensuring that all aspects of the plant are running optimally.

Our recommended spare parts package provides customers with spare parts and components which are likely to wear and they fail would cause plant downtime. These spares reduce the downtime of the plant by replacing the faulty components.

The maintenance and service plan provide as part of the PSP ensures the plant can continue to operate at its most efficient capacity.

Our health check and troubleshooting service provide our customers with a service to identify any opportunities where our team can upgrade their existing plant and make modifications that would result in an increase of efficiencies.
