This is why we have developed and routinely follow a robust Project Delivery System (PDS), which demonstrates the importance of clear and concise communication, ensuring you receive an exceptional customer journey.
The Project Delivery Team is led by our Project Director Wesley Hosking, who has a team of experienced and knowledgeable Project Managers and Project Engineers, who work closely with our customers throughout the entirety of the project.
Within the PDS there is a gated process consisting of four main stages:
- Technical Sales
- Planning & Designing
- Implementation & Delivery
- Customer Care
Each stage has many outputs that will need to be achieved before the project can progress onto the next phase, this results in a fully compliant, integrated approach that meets our customers requirements.
