I’m a welder/fabricator at Sycamore and I’m also involved with maintaining the quality of products manufactured, with both stage and final inspections. My main duties include the fabrication of tanks/vessels and welding, whilst also passing on my knowledge to younger employees. I am currently reading and learning about acceptance criteria within engineering standards.
My typical day at Sycamore is busy but enjoyable, with the best part being able to work with a great team of people.
Outside of work, I’m interested in old cars/bikes, record collecting, metal detecting and e-bikes.
