I’m the Technical Director at Sycamore, and I joined the team in October 2013. I lead a multi-skilled team of Mechanical, Process and CAD Engineers. I organise and allocate workload across the team and support where needed with design reviews on projects, but most importantly, I ensure the team have all they need to perform at the best of their abilities.
I’m always looking for ways to improve myself through personal and professional development. I attend training sessions and webinars on all aspects of my role from design review process training to more technical-focused sessions on heat pumps and the future of sustainable process solutions.
The best part of my job at Sycamore is being able to work with incredibly talented individuals who are great at what they do, and also having a laugh with them on a daily basis.
Outside of work, I’m a keen skier (although I’m not sure I get to go often enough to call it a hobby!). I’m also a cyclist and video gamer.
