Sycamore Process Engineering become Alfa Laval Master Integrator

Sycamore Process Engineering become the first official Alfa Laval Master Integrator in the UK and Ireland for the Dairy, Food, Beverage and Plant-based industries.

After becoming an Alfa Laval Authorised Integrator in March 2021 the partnership has flourished as Sycamore has continued to grow and expand. Since becoming an Alfa Laval Authorised Integrator, Sycamore has delivered numerous successful projects to customers within the Dairy, Food, Beverage and Plant-based industries, providing the most efficient process designs and practical mechanical layouts. With the partnership progressing to the next level, there will be an even higher level of mutual engagement with R&D involvement and support beyond expectations to offer the most competitive solutions.

Paul Manning, Project Director of Sycamore Process Engineering comments “After becoming an Authorised Integrator, we were ambitious to reach the next level which was to become an Alfa Laval Master Integrator. Since becoming an Authorised Integrator, we significantly exceeded the projected targets that were outlined by Alfa Laval resulting in gaining Master Integrator status.

The increased benefits that this has for our customers is a significant development in providing the latest technologies and innovations, by our product champions in our end-to-end process solutions. The extensive specialist training and support that we receive as Master Integrators from experts within Alfa Laval, allow our team members to share this expertise with our customers.

Paul continues, “Becoming a Master Integrator allows us to further enhance our process solution offerings with a considerable focus on providing sustainable solutions with the best possible OPEX.”

Ben Green, Food and Water Divisional Manager UK&I has worked closely with Sycamore throughout the development of this partnership and understands the value of it for both Sycamore Process Engineering and Alfa Laval.

Ben Green said “Sycamore Process Engineering becoming the first UK ‘Master Integrator’ for Alfa Laval is great testament to Paul Manning, Jerry Redman and the whole team at Sparkford. From day one of our partnership they have shown that they have the drive and commitment to achieve this status.

Increasing Alfa Laval’s presence through integrators is crucial to our UK growth strategy. Having partners like Sycamore enable Alfa Laval to serve the market and our end user customer base with an exceptional level of application knowledge and know-how. To now have a ‘Master Integrator’ who has the ability to take our products and deliver them into a packaged solution for the food, beverage and dairy industries is instrumental to our ongoing growth and development.

Sycamore have shown dedication and investment in their people to reach ‘Master Integrator’ status. The training, expert process knowledge & their approach to the market really puts them a step ahead, which is why we are proud to strengthen our partnership.

I would like to congratulate all at Sycamore on this achievement and I look forward to continuing our growth together for many years to come.”

This next stage in the partnership will see Sycamore Process Engineering and Alfa Laval continuing to work collectively to provide the most efficient process solutions and Engineering Peace of Mind. As the partnership continues to advance, we strive to further develop our relationship and are looking forward to achieving more key milestones in the future to continue to allow us to deliver the most competitive end-to-end process solutions to our customers.
