Sycamore Process Engineering is pleased to announce its brand-new Parts and Service Team. The new team will be headed up and managed by John Cooper in his new role as Parts and Service Manager.
The new department will focus on providing first-class customer care both during and post-project delivery, by utilising our Project Support Package and enhancing our Customer Journey. This will ultimately strengthen our offering within the Dairy, Food, Beverage, and Plant-Based industries, and with John’s many years of experience serving within these core sectors, he was the perfect individual to manage this role.
As well as offering Spare Parts and Components, our goal is to couple this with further ongoing technical support and know-how, ensuring our end-to-end process solutions perform at the optimal level as they were initially designed.

Consisting of four vital segments both during and post-project delivery, our customers can benefit from our Recommended Spare Parts package, Comprehensive Training Sessions for ongoing Technical Support, Maintenance/Servicing Plans, and Optimisation and Health Checks; all of which will ensure that our systems perform as originally designed throughout their lifespan, minimising unplanned production downtime.
